Our Classes

Fitness

Join the Fitness Friends, 3 times per week as we work on fitness: strength, cardio, balance and mobility in these fun, always different, 30-minute classes  on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9am.

Pilates

Work your core from beginner to advanced with our 3 Pilates classes. A 60-minute class on Tuesdays at 9am, a 30-minute express class on Wednesdays at 2pm and a 60-minute class on Thursdays at 10am.

Balance

Kickstart your balance with an intensive 8-week introduction to the specific balance exercises you need. Then join our retest sessions on the first Saturday of the month at 9am to see how you are progressing.
